Install gas valve for dryer
I was nervous about this as I had never had to install a gas line. I thought it was going to be intensive, expensive and might mean my having to paint the laundry room that I had just completed because we'd moved in only days prior. He was to the point, didn't try to upsell, and never stopped working. I really appreciated having the ability to dry a couple of loads of clothing (the weather wasn't cooperating, though I tried hanging the clothing outside) in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

Replace Sump Pump Sunday at 6am
Amazing service. With the storms, our basement flooded, telling us our sump had failed (thankfully, the alarm system woke my 7 year old daughter who grabbed us). We ran buckets of water up the stairs while calling the usual service providers in the area, some of whom didn't pick up and the rest of whom said there would be at least a 2 hour wait. Mr. Williams picked up on the second ring at 6 am and, without hesitation, said he'd rearrange the day and be right over - and he was. He brought a backup pump to work on draining the water (much more efficient than our buckets) and then worked through the crowds at Home Depot also looking for pumps to grab one and was back and reinstalled it along with the alarm system and a vent line which was there, as well. We'll definitely reach out to him for more elective jobs, but we can't thank him enough for helping us when others weren't able - or willing - to do so.
